Notes for Iowa 2018-5

Every correct move is going to be dangerous. We don't want to go there, that's why taiji is so difficult.

正确的动作将会是危险的,我们是不想去做的。太极拳就是这样的难。

Notes:

0:30  Master Chen demonstrated the difference between a push and a split. When it is split, in this case, the right arm went forward while the left arm went backwards. I didn't do it correctly because my buttocks were not fixed. By the right hand going forward, and the right heel going backwards, a split was created with the middle (the buttocks) not moving.

0:30 陈老师展示了推与分开的区别。分开在示范中是指右臂向前动时,左臂向后动。我没有正确地做,因为我的臀部没有固定。右手向前动,右脚后跟向后动,这是分开因为中间(臀部)不动。
