这是一个陈中华老师教几位教练的推手(五级难度)的视频。示范动作比一般快很多,里面也有很多不同的推手会遇到的情况,用分阴阳道理的动作去应付。精彩万分,不容错过。
This video is packed with actions. Master Chen Zhonghua taught several instructors advanced push hands moves. The moves were executed at much faster pace compared to other instructional push hand videos, and it included a lot of different push hand techniques. They are very exciting to watch and learn from. For people who are interested in push hands, this is a video not to be missed.

上下开
0:15 我们一交手就要对准对方的中心,不能太高也不能太低。在这示范中,手指头要瞄准对方中心,肘为不动点,做出一个S形。一半从肘在前臂上面走到指尖,一半从肘在大臂下面走到腋窝。撑开腋窝,含胸,拉长后背到头顶,再到指尖。刚好一个圈。
4:00 我们后面往下压的要压到地上,有了支撑,力会反弹到对方。我们要控制瞄准的方向。
Top-Bottom Open
0:15 We must aim at the center of the opponent on contact, not too high, not too low. In this demo, the finger is aimed at the center of the opponent, and the elbow is the fixed point, making an S shape. Half of the S went from the elbow above the forearm to the fingertip, and half walked from the elbow below the upper arm to the armpit. Stretching out the armpits, caving-in the chest, stretching the back to the top of the head, and then back to the fingertips completes a circle.
4:00 We will press down on the ground behind us. With support, the force will bounce back to the opponent. We want to control the direction of aiming.

Left-Right Open
4:15 In this demonstration, imagine the S is placed horizontally. Left hand back arc, right hand forward arc. The opponent is trapped inside and forced to spin.
4:48 Master Chen inserted his opponent's left hand as the centre (non-moving point), his right foot was stretch to the left, and his right hand was stretched to the right.

内外开
6:21 对方前推的动作,陈老师一沉便对上,再将横的动作变竖的动作(上下旋转)。
Inside-Outside Open
6:21 When the opponent pushed forward, Master Chen sank his body to match, and then changed the horizontal motion into a vertical rotation.

前后开
7:44 陈老师跟对方擦肩而过,不让对方有什么回馈,他就这样进去了。像身上涂了油一样,滑滑的。手再跟自己的背部分开。
Front-Back Open
7:44 Master Chen passed by the opponent, so that the opponent would not have any feedback as he went in. It's slippery like oil on his body. His hands were then stretched against his back.

上下合
8:00 胯往上填,肩往下沉,这就拿掉空隙。要留意的是,陈旭教练能在老师的指令下,调整单一部位。这本身就已经很难做到。我们要不断练基本功、一路去改变身体至脱胎换骨才可以有这种控制身体的能力。
8:17 陈老师肩与胯一合,挤出一条往前的线来。手就是沿着这条线走。
Top-Bottom He (Join Harmoniously)
8:00 Kua goes up, shoulders comes down, this removes the space in between. It should be noted that Chen Xu can adjust an individual body part under the instruction of the teacher. This alone is difficult to do itself. We must continue to practice foundations and change our body all the way until we are said to be reborn to have this ability to control the body.
8:17 Master Chen's shoulder and kua come together, and they squeeze out a forward line. The hand travels along this line.

不断劲
9:05 陈老师示范断劲和不断劲的分别。不断就是可以连绵不断的输出。
Continuous Energy Flow
9:05 Master Chen demonstrated the difference between broken and continuous energy flow. The characteristric is that the stretch becomes very long.

合胯
9:45 陈老师的胯上来到对方的腰,肩压倒对方的腰。
12:00 三合一: 三点合到三点的中心。这是占位的例子。
14:00 胯不到,力不到。陈老师在这示范中,已经碰着对方的点不动,把胯调到适当的位置。所有的空间没了,对方自然也倒了。
在这时候只动胯是很难的。
He (Join Harmoniously) Kua
9:45 Master Chen's kua came to the opponent's waist, and his shoulders also went down to the opponent's waist.
12:00 Three become one: Three points merge to the center of three points. This is an example of taking out space.
14:00 When kua can't get to the proper location, there is no power. In this demonstration, the contact points don't move while Master Chen moved his kua to the proper location. As all the space was taken out, and the opponent fell down by himself.
It is very difficult to only adjust the kua during such engagement..

左右开
15:17 在这示范中,下半身(右脚)往左,上半身(右手)往右。上下阴阳。对方也不许离开陈老师,旋转倒地,对方像在搅拌机里面一样。
Left-Right Open
15:17 In this demonstration, the lower body (right foot) moved to the left and the upper body (right hand) moved to the right (top-bottom separate). The opponent is also not allowed to go away from Master Chen, and he was led to spin to the ground. The opponent was like spinning inside a blender.

15:43 填胯把距离拉近,不能再把对方推开(增加距离)。跨为中心,让对方贴着自己倒下。

扫堂腿
17:15 陈老师身上有一根竖轴,他绕着它转,左脚虽走外面,这根轴还不动,换支撑脚到左脚,右脚便能插进对方,对方碰到这右脚即倒。
Foot Sweep
17:15 Master Chen's body has a vertical axis. He rotated around it. Although his left foot walked outside, this axis did not move. He changed the support foot to the left foot. The right foot can be inserted into the opponent between his feet. The opponent was blocked by Master Chen's right foot and fell down.

圆不是单一动作画出来的
18:15 用左脚右手各一半来完成一个圈。这同时也是下面一半,上面另一半。
A circle is not drawn with a single motion
18:15 Use the left foot for the first half of the circle and the right hand for the second half. This circle was also completed using the bottom for the first half, and the top for the second half.

虚实
20:30 跟对方先顶一下,在对方以为你会再顶,他自己也用力顶的的时候,我们就进去了。进去后,用胯打。上面抱着对方不用劲就行了。
Empty and Solid

Notes:

1:00 For the topic at the moment, Master Chen talked about not moving the hand. Anything else can move.

1:24 Master Chen showed not moving the hand, but moving the body. Then he showed not moving the body, but moving the hand. This sequence of swtiching is very important.

2:30 Our movements must be clear. We want to use a structural time-based movement.

4:00 In reality, it is inevitable that we move. In order to have the effect of no movement, you can another movement to cancel the first movement.

4:44 Song da jin na. Loose hit, tight rotate. When your opponent is loose, you hit. When your opponent is tight/strong, you turn/rotate.  For external style, there is no touching, so just straight into hitting, otherwise, time is wasted.

7:25 When we think we turn, we may actually ident our kua or bend at the waist. That is not turning/rotating.

8:10 When we turn at the top, there is a straight line poking from the bottom. Both of these must exist to have power. This is like how we operate a screw driver to fasten a screw.

9:00 The right feedback is that there isn't any. We are looking to have maximum power. Where do we find it? It is when the opponent has zero power.  If we have 25, and the opponent has 20, the effective power is only the delta (5). Our normal behaviour is that we like to engage, and feel the opponent's power.

11:00 We have to not allow the head to move, so that we have a central axis for rotation.

11:27 Eyes must not follow the hand, otherwise, there is a high tendency for our body to toss.

12:20 Focus on doing one thing right at a time in training.  If we don't allow the hand to move, all other body parts will start to adjust to serve this purpose.  This idea of just focusing on one thing at a time is what will allow us to build our skills. Many people try to do everything right, at the end they didn't get even one thing right.

19:06 Three lines in the body: Centre line (fake), right shoulder-kua line, and left shoulder-kua line. Any part of the two shoulder-kua line can be used as a catch when the opponent touches us. One the opponent is caught, the centre one can be used to rotate. Eventually, that real catch can be transferred and it is no longer at where it is touched.

25:20 What is loose? It is when the object can only be picked up one at a time, like a chain.  A board is not loose because we grab a corner, we can move the whole thing.

26:20  The magic number in taiji is 3. We can divide the body into 2 parts joined together like an open triangle. We considered the two endpoints joints as well, so 2 parts 3 joints.  If we look at the arm, there is upper arm and forearm joined at the elbow. We must lock the wrist (called sitting the wrist), so that we can make the hand/fingers part of the forearm as one piece. Similarly, we must lock the ankle (called erecting the ankle). With this, we have one system for the entire body. Once we understand this model, we are free to make any combinations within this framework.

34:00 Inside must stay inside, outside must stay outside.  Inside can be the dantian, and outside can be hand and foot. Elbow is somewhere between the inside and outside, and it must never cross the boundary. Their relationship must remain the same.

37:22 To have power, the two ends must not move, while everything in between goes towards the line formed between the two ends.

40:38 Twisting the towel: Use the waist on the central axis to power the hands. The size between the hands need to the size between the feet.

42:00 At first, we use the hand to power the hand, then use elbow to power the hand, use the shoulder, use the dantian. The dantian's power is split, half goes to the hand, half goes to the foot. In order for the farther part to power the hand, whatever in between them must be locked or adjusted to say on a specific line, otherwise, the power can't reach the hand.

46:00 Ultimately, we want the power to be coming from the foot because it is very far from the opponent. Do not be content with little success along the way. This may take 20 to 40 years of work.

50:00 Twisting the tower: The two hands are on the line. When we use power, we are off the line. We need to use a physical aid (rod) to help us stay on the line even with power. With the rod, we want a lot of powers on our arm to touch the rod as it travels along the rod.

56:10 By having a device that blocks the horiztonal movement, we can train a vertical search.

1:04:00 We want our movement to hug the hump to go over. If we go dead straight, we just get stopped by the opponent.

1:11:00 In push hands, we establish a solid spot on the opponent, we go over it.

1:15:45 During an action, there must be something not moving. After the action is done, you can then move it.

陈老师用活步双正圈和六封四闭的上步讲了实用拳法步法的要求与要诀。又谈了丹田作为中枢的功能。力往下沉是怎样做的呢?

Notes:

0:20 我们的动作要均衡的分配。我们要知道在起点是怎么样,在终点是怎么样。如果在起点手掌应向下,在终点应向上,我们不可以手臂到终点的时候才翻掌。这个翻掌的过程要渐进的。注意手依然是不动的。翻掌不是用手翻。

3:00 活步双正圈:肘不能出去。肘碰到对方的时候,不能顶。那个肘会变成一个不动点,手要绕过去。身体不能跟着手一起动。前题是身体要开才行。我们就是要把身体练开。

5:00 肩向下压,肘往里走。身体跟胳膊要分开。

6:40 起肩:肩与手一起走也是起肩,不一定是往上。

7:45 上步要用后脚蹬地,前脚用力就会起肩。身体是横着的往前走。前面的把住,后面用力推,像驾驶使后驱车一样。

12:00 练步法,头不能有高低。可以是后腿推前腿,也可以是定住前腿把后腿拉上来。

16:43 把后腿拉上来用的是大腿内侧的大筋抽腿过来的。

20:22 我们现在要做的是把零件做好,它们自己不能是松的。把它们合起来也不是松的。松的不耐用。

陈老师用金刚倒碓解释的要怎样转。晃与不晃有什么不同?怎样设一个陷阱让对方掉进去?

Notes:

0:20 金刚倒碓第一动,我们要中轴不动。两脚距离不能太大,否则转不了。右转的时候,右脚掌微微提起来,用右脚跟转。要不转不了,或是伤膝盖。

2:45 要四平八稳才能转。我们要从外面看正不正,不能自己想或感觉有没有转。有孔的杯子装不了水。

4:00 第二动,左脚上步,右腿不能动。右胯要使劲。

5:02 第六动,沉左胯,右脚跟提起来。左边身不动,上右步。初时,一定是会往后倒的。练上几个月,能不倒,就把自己拉开了,就过关了。要不是,就是假的。

Notes:

0:30  Master Chen demonstrated the difference between a push and a split. When it is split, in this case, the right arm went forward while the left arm went backwards. I didn't do it correctly because my buttocks were not fixed. By the right hand going forward, and the right heel going backwards, a split was created with the middle (the buttocks) not moving.

0:30 陈老师展示了推与分开的区别。分开在示范中是指右臂向前动时,左臂向后动。我没有正确地做,因为我的臀部没有固定。右手向前动,右脚后跟向后动,这是分开因为中间(臀部)不动。

1:05 Master Chen demonstrated the use of the waist to create the split vs arm muscles.

Eventually, we will realize that to make it longer without moving is to rotate.

缠丝实际是什么?曲中求直又是什么意思?我们为什么要练收肘不收手,出手不出肘呢?
陈老师在这视频一一演示。

Notes:

0:01 缠丝=背丝扣=蜘蛛网=基本功=秘诀。陈老师画了一个图,跟着亲身演示那个图的来由。这个图代表了手的轨迹。实际画出了的样子会跟着动作的大小,轴的多少,转的方向、幅度而改变。手是不动的,它会因应其他部位的改变被推着或拉着走。

4:46 这个手的线路图中有一个规则,就是曲中求直。意思是有一根直辊,转着这根棍会画出一个弧(曲)。在实用拳法中,弧与直是同一个东西。

6:50 手要到那个地方,手自己不能动,只能用旋转,上步来完成。

9:00 陈老师示范的是动作做完,但小臂是允许在特定的方向走,不能出格,不能脱轨。

9:30 陈老师用一根棍演示了杠杆与换点的概念。定住支点,对方大力推,通过杠杆的支点,用另外一边打他。对方大力合住不动,我改变支点的位置,使我的力臂加长,然后撬他。也可以,定住支点,我一边拉,一边撬。

11:30 陈老师示范五封五闭变成六封四闭。搭手的时候是五封五闭/无极,通过腰的动作把支点改变,变成六封四闭。

14:30 对方不能看见我的肘。对方只见到手,见不到肘,即是只看到一点。对方看不到两点是看不到动作的。我们要做到收即是放。收肘的时候,手是出去的。

19:45 实用拳法用小臂如手学中心。所谓收肘不收手,出手不出肘。丹田是中心,但其他所有部位都要配合,太难。我们先从小臂中心为支点开始,小臂就像一根棍。有了这个支点,对方怎样打你,棍的另外一边都会打回去,除了对方打支点。一是要对方打也打不动支点,或是对方找不到支点。

Notes for 横力转竖力落实 香港15 video

横力是长方形沿着短边方向的力。竖力是长方形沿着长边方向的力。怎样才可以变长?

Notes:

0:01 所有的力都是横力变竖力。横力是长方形沿着短边方向的力。竖力是长方形沿着长边方向的力。示范中,陈老师在手腕的力是横的。他把力转到用肘带,就变成竖力了。陈老师语学生的手腕之间是合住(有摩擦),这个竖力才有作用。

1:22 为什么要螺旋缠丝?就是要横力变竖力。

2:11 我们要的是长的力,所以要竖力。一寸长,一寸强。

4:56 怎样可以变长,要拉开。碰着对方的地方不动,从那个地方拉开。像拉开橡皮筋一样。但是碰着对方的地方定不住,就不是真正的来开。是晃,是假的。

8:15 陈老师后胯一调把对方的在腰间的横力变到往地上的竖力。他是后面找到支撑,找一个实的东西。动作本身是空的,一定要找到地。

13:33 按照陈老师教的方法练,一段时间以后,总会出一点功夫。

In this video, Master Chen demonstrated how to destroy the opponent's integrity on contact, and how to aim at the opponent centre.

在这视频中,陈老师演示了如何在接触时破坏对手的完整性,以及如何瞄准对手的中心。

Notes:

0:30 Fix two ends, break the middle: The idea is to put a stick on two bricks, and break the middle of the stick.

0:30 定住两头打(断)中间:概念是在两块砖上放一根棍,然后打断棍子的中间。

0:55 Master Chen demonstrated Front Trick and Rear Trick. If the opponent is strong at the contact point, stretch out the opponent by rotating at the contact point, hit the middle. Don't fight at the contact point. Stretching the opponent is to make the stick very stiff, so the middle is vulnerable. If our contact (end) point is loose, the opponent's middle is very strong.

1:47 If the opponent's contact point is loose, we can get him anywhere we want. Integrity is the ability to connect hands and feet back to dantian.

3:40 Master Chen futher demonstrated what integrity meant. Our fight is always looking for the opponent's position where integrity is lost. If we strike the opponent before reaching the point where he loses integrity, it makes him stronger.

Notes for 橡胶管用法-大青山15 video

陈老师在这视频中几种用橡胶管练正圈、反圈、免双重的站立能力。要出功夫,练的方法有很多细节要注意,视频也清楚的讲到。。

Notes:

1:00 橡胶管给我们一个参照物。收肘是把橡胶管顺着加长。肘收完,转腰。腰转完,蹬脚。肘、腰、脚在不同的时间做领导。如果手用力就不顺,肩也会起来。

1:58 掩手肱捶,只用手臂的力,很能撑。要用腰,身体顺着转,出手(但不是手用力)。

4:19 这个是练解决双重的方法,就是将橡胶管横力变竖力。橡胶管一拉你,就沉下去。

5:05 只要是斜向那一边,对方一加力,就会倒。只要在中间竖立,才可以不倒。

6:12 我们要慢慢提升橡胶管的横力(加橡胶管的数量),让自己不断加大立住的能力。这就是功夫。 每次提升都是自己刚刚受不了的力量。橡胶管能把你在空中拉回来,拉到自己都不再害怕。

8:45 我们要放开去感受在空中被拉回来。如不是我们还是害怕,绷紧紧的。

10:33 我们练是找那个点,被谁的在那个点自己会倒,推人的在那个点能推倒人。

Notes for 膝胯及其它-大青山2014 video

陈老师这个视频虽然在2014年录影,但是刚刚可以购买。里面陈老师说了一个小秘密,他常常说不动,全身都不可以动,那么哪儿可以动呢?

Notes:

0:12 陈老师示范双反圈。首先,收肘收到它平衡地拉着手和肩,合在中线。手和肩本身不动。跟着,定着头,用中线继续拉肘回来。拉完,定住中线,出手。我们做不到这个平衡,因为胯不开,胯对应不到上半身的动作,使中线不能不动。

2:59 在三角形中,中间的一点往下压,一般是过不去的。我们要练到中间这一点,过不去,过不去,一下子就过去了。我们的力是这样来的。中间这一点可以是胯,也可以是肘。

3:30 骨头本身不能伸缩的。关节是一个缝,缝只是微微的开,就过去。空隙太多不行,对方会打你。这视外家拳的表现。空隙太少不行,过不去。越练这个可用的缝隙越少,对方找不到,像没有一样,但自己知道在哪儿。

6:29 我们紧着练,最后,虽然紧,但还能动。

6:59 前跨不顶起来,就是弯腰。

7:30 陈老师说胯要怎样翻过来。凹陷的胯变到顶起来的胯就是反过来的胯。

9:08 我们要记住一个原则。我们的动作都要在一条直线上。跟2:59讲的是一样的。提水:后肩跟前脚是一条线,前胯顶上去到这条线上。这个是定住两头动中间,动中间的时候,两头只能伸缩。也是说两头只能在同一的轨道上走。

13:15 无论眼睛告诉我们什么,我们要相信这两头没动过。像门轴中的一根棍,门怎样开关,它也没动过。

13:45 在云手中,两手做正圈,中轴不动。要身体往前,只用脚,但大腿、小腿都不动。其实全身都不动。动的地方,对方不知道。动的地方在脚底,谁像看都得趴下。脚底跟地的关系。

20:00 提水中,肩是不动的,动的是胯。胯使肩在一条线动。肩是被动的。

In this video, Master Chen demonstrated how to engage with Levi the Bull, who had tremendous amount of power. Master Chen went in without letting Levi detecting and powering up, and didn’t execute the final action until the setup was complete.

在此视频中,陈老师示演如何与拥有巨大力量人称公牛的Levi交手。 陈老师没有让对方察觉与使劲就进去了,调整自己到适合的位置,然后做出杀招。

Notes:

0:25 Our movements by themselves need to be proportional, when they were done because of the opponent, they need to be opponents‘ mirrored actions.

1:25 After we initially contact/touch the opponent, we should not change that anymore. The common mistake is that we continue to bother the opponent at that point. Whatever can we do next? Anything but changing or disturbing the initial contact point.

While the opponent was trying to push Master Chen to fall forward, Master Chen stretched in that same direction (his forward, down and around), but it reached longer than the opponent antipated. This allowed Master Chen to go around to the opponent's back, and then he added a stretch using his head to cause the opponent to flip backward.

9:34 If we pull the elbow straight down, the opponent's front foot is there to support himself and match the elblow downward power.  Master Chen pulled with his right elbow slightly outside of the opponent's left foot while keeping that foot stuck to the ground. This created a vertical scissoring action causing the opponent to fall back off the cliff.

这个视频中,陈老师人类跟动物再膝盖上的分别,为什么上步要铲出。这个是实用拳法步法的基本。

Notes:

0:58 膝盖不能晃。定住后,使劲的时候,膝盖往后走。

1:40 陈式太极拳上步的方法是铲出。膝盖不动,脚跟往前走,跟着拉身体往前。

3:36 膝盖往后走的道理跟三角形的理论是一样的。膝盖跟肘走的方式是一样的。膝盖是中间,压膝盖到胯脚线上。肘是中间,压肘到肩手线上。

8:26 动物的膝盖实跟人类是相反的。看图一。

13:00 我们常常听到老师说外星人,意思是一个暂时找一个替代的说法。我们知道一些事实,但不知道它的由来,暂先以外星人的说法替代。就是说我们学习要专注一个题目,离题的先放一旁不说。将来以一个专题再说。

15:00 我们常常听到《气》,这也是归立的方法,但气太过不具体了。

17:24 三个帽子:头上、腰上、膝盖上。带了帽子就不能起来。
