Master Chen Zhonghua Online Lesson on Aug 3, 2021

Fist drape over body: I need to use the kua. Too much action at the top. Stretch the left kua, and deng the left leg.

Lean with back: Shoulder and torso needs to separate. The torso needs to slide under. Ka-deng (sound).

Use two high-back chairs to lock my shoulders and lock the arms, and let the torso drop.

Exercise:

  1. Forehead, hands, knees on the same vertical.
  2. Let the torso drop without moving the hands.
  3. Hands go out.
