Fist drape over body: I need to use the kua. Too much action at the top. Stretch the left kua, and deng the left leg.
Lean with back: Shoulder and torso needs to separate. The torso needs to slide under. Ka-deng (sound).
Use two high-back chairs to lock my shoulders and lock the arms, and let the torso drop.
Exercise:
- Forehead, hands, knees on the same vertical.
- Let the torso drop without moving the hands.
- Hands go out.
